Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request through our dealer portal within 30 days of receipt.

• 2.
  Documentation & Approval

  Provide high-resolution photos of the item and its original packaging for our quality control team to review and issue a return authorization.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Repackage the furniture securely in its original box with all protective inserts to prevent damage during the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods and confirms they are in resalable condition, a credit will be issued to your original payment method minus applicable restocking fees.
